We are looking for talented individuals to join our team through the Ascend Program, which offers a comprehensive onboarding experience tailored to launch your career as a Global Technology Consultant.
This program will introduce you to Allata's best practices and processes, while also providing you with a diverse set of technical and non‐technical skills.
Over 12 weeks (about 3 months), you will progress at your own pace in a structured yet adaptable environment, developing the key skills needed for success.
Hard Skills - Must have:
Interest in developing a career in software development, software integration, data analysis, and/or AI.
Familiarity with or willingness to learn and operate in agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.
A strong aptitude for analyzing complex issues and delivering creative,



effective solutions.
Exposure to tools such as Jira, Git, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
Soft Skills / Business Specific Skills:
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with a proactive approach to learning.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in both team‐based and individual tasks.
Clear and concise verbal and written communication in English, essential for interactions with clients and colleagues.
A mindset focused on growth, learning, and personal development, with an openness to feedback.
