We are looking for the best Senior PMs in the market to join us at Monks.
In this bilingual (EN/ES) position you will manage the end-to-end project lifecycle while collaborating with a worldwide multidisciplinary team.
You are expected to juggle multiple requests, understand technical specs, and ensure delivery according to strict service-levels.
You will be the primary driver of quality, helping solve technical blockers that arise during the execution phase.
Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, specifically working for large-scale companies or integral agencies.
Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is mandatory; you must be able to lead technical discussions and client presentations fluently in both languages.
Proven experience in client-facing roles, managing senior stakeholders and navigating difficult conversations.
Deep understanding of the digital production process, including Creative, UI, UX, Development, and QA.
Desirable expertise in tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Key Responsibilities
Own projects from kickoff to delivery, ensuring everything stays on time, on budget, and at the highest quality.
Maintain a proactive mindset: identify risks before they become issues and tackle new challenges with autonomy.
Coordinate between project stakeholders and internal teams to provide clients with a constant flow of high-end production work.
Lead client meetings, taking clear minutes and defining next steps, deadlines, and responsibilities.
Distill complex technical issues into clear instructions and required actions for Monks locally or in other global offices.
Encourage collaboration and inspire trust through honest, transparent communication.
Define and communicate priorities clearly to the team, balancing internal resources with external deadlines.
Conduct project retrospectives to evaluate and improve future workstreams.
Translate client requests into detailed brief documents, managing the input and output of Design, Development, and QA teams.
Prepare and manage specific project timelines, sequencing activities to ensure timely completion.
Track burned hours and raise risks to lead/Ops upfront to allocate resources prudently.
