At **** Hub, we are hiring an Artificial Intelligence Manager for a leading industrial company based in Pilar, Zona Norte (Buenos Aires, Argentina).
Role Objective:Design, lead, and execute the company-wide AI and automation strategy to enhance operational efficiency, foster innovation, and enable data-driven decision-making across all departments.
✅ Key Responsibilities: Define and implement a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with business goals.
Identify opportunities for automation and AI integration across industrial, logistics, commercial, financial, and other core processes.
Lead multidisciplinary teams to develop and deploy AI-powered solutions (machine learning, computer vision, NLP, etc.).
Oversee projects involving predictive analytics, predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and process automation.
Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, AI tools, and automation platforms.
Establish ethical and secure data and AI usage policies.
Measure the impact of AI initiatives and report results to the executive leadership.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (IT, operations, engineering, HR) to ensure successful adoption of AI solutions.
