We're looking for a Senior Quality Engineering Lead to join a growing U.S.-based healthcare technology company building large-scale operational platforms that support critical service coordination across multiple business lines.This is not a traditional QA role.We're looking for someone who thinks like an engineer, operates like a systems owner, and can build a modern quality engineering function from the ground up inside a highly collaborative, fast-moving environment.You'll partner closely with engineering leadership to define how quality is built, measured, and scaled across a distributed platform that supports real-world operational workflows.

and enablement programs for engineering teamsMentoring and growing a small QE teamActing as a quality advocate across Core EngineeringWhat we are looking for:Strong experience leading Quality Engineering or Test Automation initiatives in modern software environmentsHands-on experience working within .
