Locum RVN – 12-Month Maternity Cover – Billinghurst Area – £23/hr (Negotiable)
An exciting opportunity has become available for a confident and compassionate Locum Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a friendly and supportive team on a 12-month fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave.
This role is based in a well-established, modern practice known for delivering high standards of care to both patients and clients.
You'll be working alongside a dedicated team in a collaborative environment with a strong focus on clinical excellence and team support.
About the Role:
12-month fixed-term maternity cover
£23/hour (open to discussion based on experience)
4 to 5 days per week
Varied and rewarding caseload

Adecuado Candidate Profile:
8 years of experience across independent and branch practices
RVN qualified since ****




Confident in both sole charge and team-based settings
Competent in all routine nursing duties including anaesthesia monitoring, inpatient care, consulting, and schedule 3 procedures
BVNA Oral Care Certificate holder
Proven experience developing nurse clinics and mentoring junior team members
Previous head nurse experience with leadership, appraisals, and practice operations
Comfortable working with exotics and small animals
Adaptable, friendly, and confident using various clinical systems
