You are a client advocate inside AK - your job is to help clients succeed in their career, their goals, and their businesses, while making our business grow alongside theirs.You will own a portfolio of strategic accounts and be responsible for taking them through AK's relationship system, designed to turn great individual client relationships into a company-owned competitive advantage.
From building deep Customer Intelligence Profiles to activating referrals and leading joint business reviews,

You thrive with autonomy, move with urgency, and take full accountability for the health and growth of your portfolio.ResponsibilitiesOwn a portfolio of strategic Arionkoder accounts and drive their sustained growth, retention, and expansionBuild and continuously update a Customer Intelligence Profile (CIP) for each account, capturing the intelligence needed to anticipate needs, surface expansion signals, and activate referralsMove accounts through our phases: from early relationship stabilization through to full co-ownership - with intentionality and disciplineBuild trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, grounded in genuine partnership and long-term thinkingAct as the voice of the customer internally - surface their feedback, advocate for their needs, and influence how AK evolves its offerings and deliveryWork in close alignment with the Account Delivery Manager, who owns delivery - you own the relationship, together you own the outcomeLead Quarterly Business Reviews and strategic planning sessions that reflect real knowledge of the client's business,
not just contract statusIdentify and activate referral opportunities from within your portfolio.Monitor account health proactively and address risks before they surface as issuesUse and maintain HubSpot for portfolio management, CIP tracking, and reportingWho Are YouYou have experience with B2B account management, customer success, or strategic partnerships in technology, AI services, digital product development, or enterprise solutions.The three non-negotiables: client empathy, technical context, and a growth mindsetTechnical Knowledge: Intermediate technical knowledge, with the ability to understand and differentiate between technical profiles and the tools and libraries each one typically works with.
