ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Business Analyst (TBA) to join our growing Tax Technology team.
As a TBA, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business and technology, ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholdersTranslate business requirements into clear and concise technical specificationsWork closely with developers, architects, and other technical teams to ensure that solutions meet business needsDevelop and maintain use cases, user stories, and other requirements artifacts for tax technology projectsParticipate in design reviews and provide feedback on tax technology solutionsConduct user acceptance testing and ensure that solutions meet user expectationsIdentify and document potential risks and mitigation strategiesStay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends in the industryContribute to the continuous improvement of our business analysis processesQualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related fieldStrong experience as a Technical Business Analyst or in a similar role with a focus on Tax TechnologyStrong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)Experience with requirements gathering, analysis, and documentationExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsHave the ability to make quick, sound decisions and work in an agile wayExperience with business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN)Experience with data modeling tools (e.g., ERD)Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)Experience in Microsoft technologies but not limited to D365, .
