#LI-OnsiteWhat you will doManage and automate the operations of bare metal & virtual infrastructure.Develop infrastructure as code in support of existing infrastructure automation initiatives in an Agile environment.Proactively build and implement platforms to enable reliable business capabilities.Manage tools for performance monitoring, alerting, capacity and utilization management and service recovery.Work in close coordination with architects, engineering teams, analysts and stakeholders in a dynamic environment to translate requirements into end-to-end solutions.Participate in platform and systems security reviews (authorization, authentication, security best practices, etc.)About youBachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computing Engineering, Computer Science,



Electronic Engineering or similar.Advanced English skills, verbal and written communication.3+ years' experience in Infrastructure (with automation) or Site Reliability Engineering role, applying DevOps principles.Experience managing infrastructure environments (compute and/or network) on physical and virtual infrastructure.Proficiency in code versioning tools (e.g. Git), experience with build management and CI/CD (e.g. Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines, GitHub Repos & Actions).
Solid scripting and coding skills oriented to automation and orchestration (e.g. PowerShell, Python, Ansible, Terraform)Preferred Qualifications/ ExperienceWorking experience in an Agile organizationContinuous learning mindsetHands-on experience with programming languagesPrior experience working with Linux (e.g. installation, configuration and administration)Demonstrable technical skills on backend services including setup, administration, scaling and monitoringUnderstanding of network core concepts (e.g. proxy, VLANS, Firewall, IP addressing, ExpressRoute)Hands-on experience with Terraform, ARM/CloudFormation templates or similar technologiesGeneral knowledge about REST API's best practicesYour benefitsAn ExxonMobil career is one designed to last.
