THE ROLE
We are looking for a Key Account Associate Manager for Argentina to manage our local distributors.
The main scope of this position is to boost our distribution footprint in the market across all channels.
This role must be located in Buenos Aires Argentina.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Contribute to build and execute the go-to-market strategy
Build & manage customer relationships
Expand our distribution footprint & brand awareness
Execute all the company plans & innovation across customers
Customer P&L; Management QUALIFICATIONS
Essential: +5 years sales experience, ideally in the beauty industry.
Commercial and/or trade marketing background.
Strong knowledge of omnichannel & distributor management.
Proven leadership, communication and analytical skills.
Resilient and able to manage frustration.
Good collaboration to work with cross functional teams.
P&L; management.
Windows Package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Fluent in English (90%)
