What you will do

- Manage product allocations to customers based on agreed final sales plans and supply signals using business‑specific volume management
- Coordinate allocation adjustments driven by specific sales and supply scenarios
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and S&OP; teams to address allocation challenges and support the release of order blocks as appropriate
- Maintain and manage master data within volume management systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Assist Demand Planners in collecting, reviewing, and optimizing sales forecasts in line with established systems and processes;
- Support alignment between forecasted demand, available supply, and allocation logic
- Communicate and align allocation updates, adjustments, and volume‑related scenarios with relevant stakeholders

About you

Experience or exposure in one or more of the following areas is beneficial:

- Supply Chain volume management, allocation, or demand planning support
- Working with ATP, allocation, or volume management systems
- Collaboration with commercial, customer service, and planning teams in a cross‑functional environment




- Strong attention to detail with focus on data accuracy and integrity
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, cross‑functional setting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
