Autumn ABA -
Autumn ABA is hiring a bilingual Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver in-home and telehealth ABA therapy to children with autism across Puerto Rico. This is a growing role with strong long-term potential — you will help shape and expand our services on the island while joining a supportive, mission-driven team.
We are looking for a BCBA who can operate independently, knows (or wants to learn) the Puerto Rico ABA landscape, and is ready to make real impact.
What You'll Do
- Provide in-home and telehealth ABA services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and support RBTs and Behavior Technicians
- Deliver parent training and ongoing collaboration
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation in line with payer requirements
- Help navigate payer and regulatory processes specific to Puerto Rico when needed
What You Bring
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Fluency in Spanish (required); English proficiency strongly preferred
- Experience providing ABA services to children with autism
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
Preferred
- Familiarity with Puerto Rico systems (ASES / Plan Vital / ASSMCA / local credentialing )
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Puerto Rico — or willingness to obtain (we can assist with the process)
- Existing connections with local providers, schools, or referral sources
Schedule
- Adaptable — part-time or full-time
- Cases available across the island
- Afternoon, evening, and weekend availability may be needed based on client demand
