This person will:




- Shape our brand narrative across all four strategic content pillars (AI & Innovation Leadership, Client Success Stories, Nearshore Culture, Industry Insights).
- Produce a wide variety of high‑performing content formats, including video scripts, interviews, short‑form clips, carousels, long‑form Linked

In pieces, thought leadership posts, infographics, written case studies, and social‑first creative.
- Execute data‑backed, multi‑channel growth campaigns across Linked

Tube, SEO/SEM, email nurture, paid media, and website optimization.
- Build, refine, and optimize AI‑assisted workflows for content production, repurposing, editorial planning, automation, competitive intelligence, and performance analysis.
- Work closely with Sales, Leadership, and cross‑functional teams (Design, Product, Talent, Engineering) to strengthen pipeline generation, reinforce brand authority, and ensure message alignment.
