We are seeking a detail-obsessed Quality Assurance Specialist to maintain and optimize the standard of excellence across all deliverables in our fast-paced digital marketing agency.
The adecuado candidate is a "systems thinker" who loves reviewing technical details, catching errors before they reach the client, and ensuring that our remote team produces high-quality work that aligns with project requirement.
Digital Marketing Agency Experience Is a Plus.
What you’ll be doing:
- Deliverable Review: Conduct thorough quality checks on all agency output, including websites, content, social media posts, and SEO deliverables.
- Standards Implementation: Build and refine QA checklists and flow charts to ensure every asset meets brand guidelines and technical specifications.
- Feedback Documentation: Draft, update, and organize feedback reports to ensure a "single source of truth" regarding quality standards and required revisions.
- Accountability Tracking: Monitor project boards daily to identify items ready for review and coordinate with team members to resolve quality bottlenecks.
- Reporting: Generate weekly quality health reports for leadership to identify recurring errors and areas for team training.
- Compliance Support: Handle the technical side of final approvals, ensuring all assets are correctly formatted and meet specific client expectations before launch.
