What you will do
Manage product allocations to customers based on agreed final sales plans and supply signals using business‐specific volume management
Coordinate allocation adjustments driven by specific sales and supply scenarios
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and S&OP; teams to address allocation challenges and support the release of order blocks as appropriate
Maintain and manage master data within volume management systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Assist Demand Planners in collecting, reviewing, and optimizing sales forecasts in line with established systems and processes;
Support alignment between forecasted demand, available supply, and allocation logic
Communicate and align allocation updates, adjustments, and volume‐related scenarios with relevant stakeholders
About you
Experience or exposure in one or more of the following areas is beneficial: Supply Chain volume management, allocation, or demand planning support
Working with ATP, allocation, or volume management systems
Collaboration with commercial, customer service, and planning teams in a cross‐functional environment




Strong attention to detail with focus on data accuracy and integrity
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, cross‐functional setting
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
