Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Recruiter to support our digital marketing hiring needs on a freelance/contract basis.
This role will partner closely with hiring managers in a fully remote environment and requires proactive communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to deliver high‐quality candidates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full‐cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and timelines
Source candidates through multiple channels: job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, direct outreach, and other creative methods
Maintain an organized pipeline and provide regular updates to hiring managers on progress and challenges
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process




Requirements
Experience managing full‐cycle recruitment independently
Proven experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or similar role
Strong sourcing skills, with experience using LinkedIn, job boards, and direct outreach
Excellent communication and follow‐up skills, especially in a remote environment
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
Self‐motivated, proactive, and results‐driven
Experience
Experience recruiting roles in the digital marketing industry is preferred
