Job Summary
We're hiring a driven and results-oriented Account Executive for a high-growth SaaS company.
This is a remote B2B sales role idóneo for candidates with strong closing skills, consultative selling experience, and a passion for tech-driven solutions.
You'll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from qualified lead engagement to closing deals—while working closely with SDRs and marketing teams to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, negotiation, and closing
Convert qualified inbound and outbound leads into paying customers
Conduct product demonstrations tailored to client needs and pain points
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (B2B clients)
Collaborate with SDRs on pipeline development and lead qualification
Accurately track pipeline and sales activities using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)




Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Provide market feedback to improve product positioning and messaging
Requirements
3+ years of experience in B2B sales, Account Executive, or closing roles
Experience selling SaaS solutions is a strong bonus
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Strong consultative selling and objection-handling skills
Comfortable running product demos and closing high-value deals
Experience using CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Self‐motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a remote environment
