The Business Operations team is responsible for improving performance, driving strategic initiatives, and scaling processes across multiple lines of business.
We partner with growth and product on projects ranging from go-to-market strategies, performance tracking, and leading cross-functional responses to disruptions.
About the role
A Strategy & Operations Manager is to own high-priority strategic and operational projects across the portfolio.
This is a high-visibility role that blends business strategy, analytical rigor, project management, and stakeholder management.
You will be leading strategic visibility, proactively managing risks, and using data to measure performance in regular updates to leadership.
Responsibilities
Manage Performance : Help define, track, and report on KPIs that measure impact across initiatives—serving as the first point of escalation for issues.
Lead Strategic Initiatives : Identify key business opportunities, develop strategic plans, and lead the execution of initiatives that improve growth and efficiency.
Own Project Execution : Work autonomously to take ideas and turn them into structured projects,



with measurable checkpoints.
Communicate and Influence : Work closely with teams to align priorities, share findings, and make structured recommendations for leadership.
Build to Scale : Identify and lead improvements to our operations, decision making, and leverage customer data to ensure our growth is sustained.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in operations, strategy in high-growth, tech environments
Analytical mindset with the ability to work through ambiguous problems using data discovery
Demonstrated ability to work with KPIs, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making frameworks.
Experience leading cross-functional projects and operational initiatives end-to-end
Strong written/verbal communications and presentation skills
Adept in project management platforms (e.g., Notion, Asana)
Adept in Excel/Google Sheets
Familiar with SQL, BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Sigma)
Familiar with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
