We're proud to foster an inclusive environment driving innovation and excellence, and we welcome you to join us on our mission to shape the future of clinical development.As a Site Management Associate II (SMA II) at ICON, you will support the management and monitor of clinical trial sites by ensuring compliance with study protocols, regulatory requirements, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.What You Will Do:TMF filing, quality, maintenance, compliance, and oversightLead the development and delivery of sites' ISF, and eISF when utilized, and act as primary point of contact for the sites and manage the Site Operations/monitor access to eISF prior to SIVMaintain Registries and systems as requiredSupport of site payment services, patient compensation services and other local payments as requiredProvide reporting to support management of clinical trialsProvide support with audit and inspection readiness activitiesLead regional activities within the team and the clientProvide support to CTA managers for development and implementation of on-boarding training for new hires:o Mentor new hires and entry level CTAso Serve as SME for key CTA processes, systems and tasks.o Work with CTA managers to identify continuous improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficienciesWhat you will need:Bachelor's degree in health sciences or administrative programsAt least 3 years relevant experience /strong understanding of the scope of clinical trial administrationAdvanced EnglishLeadership skills and great potential for developmentProactive, organized, tech savvy, attentive to details** Note : This is an Office Based role in Buenos Aires, Argentina only **#LI-HybridWhat ICON can offer you:Our success depends on the quality of our people.
