Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Product Manager to join a high-impact data science initiative within the digital advertising and video intelligence industry.
In this role, you'll own the data science product roadmap and serve as the bridge between the DS squad and the broader engineering organization, supporting model development, dataset validation, and cross-functional delivery.
You'll collaborate with technical and business stakeholders, including Sales and Customer Success teams, to translate high-level business objectives into clear product requirements.
This is a strategic and hands-on position, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of product, data science, and engineering in a fast-paced, integral environment.What You'll Be DoingOwn the data science product roadmap, aligning business objectives with model development prioritiesManage inbound requests from Sales and Customer Success teams, triaging and prioritizing based on business impactTranslate high-level business goals into product requirements for the DS squad and engineering orgOversee model development lifecycle, including dataset validation, model tradeoffs, and cost considerationsEnsure model quality and robustness before reaching production, identifying issues early in the development cycleDefine success metrics and scope data science initiatives in collaboration with technical teamsDrive coordination across teams with a product-first mindset, balancing delivery with strategic thinkingAct as the central point of contact between the data science squad and the broader engineering organizationQualifications 5+ years of experience in product or program management,
ideally in data focused or technical environments within financial services or a regulated industry 2–4 years of experience managing a data science or similar technical team (Must)Deep understanding of data science lifecycles, including how to scope initiatives and define success metrics (Must)Proven experience creating quality and robust training data for model developmentExperience working with large-scale datasets (e.g., millions of records in user-generated content environments)Ability to identify and mitigate model issues before reaching productionStrong product mindset with enough project management sensibility to coordinate across distributed teamsExperience managing inbound requests and aligning cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Customer Success, Engineering)Additional InformationOur Perks and Benefits:
