What you will do- Confirm volumetric movements (eg. deliveries, receipts, write on / offs, rebrands, etc) and prepare volumetric reports as needed- Reconcile assigned inventories per location and review and action open items monthly- Perform month-end close process for assigned areas of responsibility- Participate in process improvement projects- Work with traders and schedulers to understand business scenarios- Ensure work processes under responsibility comply with relevant controls requirements- For Manufacturing, perform Plant Mass Balance activities, ensure proper recording for net deliveries, consumption & production and oil loss variations.
Work with operations to investigate Oil Loss variances above tolerance- Participate in training sessionsAbout you
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Business Administration / Economics (or within 4 months of graduation).
- Advanced English (Fluent).
- Accounting experience.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excel proficiency.
