About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 07 The Team: S&P; General Market Intelligence offers best-in-class technology and industry best practices to manage risk, comply with regulations, and provide assistance to the financial services industry with meeting their compliance obligations.
Tax Solutions provides a comprehensive tax operations solution which includes technology, consulting and a robust managed service offering that enables clients to meet their daily compliance needs.
Tax Utility is a solution that provides a mechanism to securely exchange and share tax documentation with counterparties.
This position will provide client support to the Tax Utility community of users.
Responsibilities include: Identify and track basic client queries and feedback via Salesforce Queue, ensuring systematic prioritization and comprehensive coverage of customer support requests.
Provide timely responses on basic customer query handling across one or multiple Tax Solution suite of products using email communication and other digital channels to maintain high client satisfaction.
Deliver basic troubleshooting and resolutions with strategic escalation of middle to complex queries to subject matter experts while maintaining ownership of the overall client experience.
Provide engaging product demonstrations for current and prospective clients to showcase platform capabilities, drive user adoption, and support sales initiatives.
Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, resolutions, and feedback to support continuous service improvement and build institutional knowledge.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Sales to ensure seamless client experience and contribute to product enhancement discussions.
Basic Required Qualifications: 0-2 years' experience Experience in Client Outreach Space, Regulatory & Compliance and financial data operations and Client support are required.
The ideal candidate will need to be detail oriented and task driven with a strong work ethic and able to work in a fast-paced environment along with a big team and should also be able to contribute on an individual basis and as part of a team.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are required to communicate effectively with onshore team and have an excellent client service ethos.
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills Bachelors or Masters Degree Additional Preferred Qualifications: Experience working on Jira and Salesforce is a plus.
