Chief Data Engineer – Salesforce Tableau & Thoughtspot Lead

The role involves designing and delivering reporting solutions, overseeing data integration processes, ensuring data accuracy, and mentoring best practices across teams.
Responsibilities
Design and deliver high‐impact reporting solutions using Salesforce Tableau and ThoughtSpot.
Oversee data integration processes and ensure data accuracy across systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to capture reporting requirements and translate them into effective dashboards.
Mentor data engineering and visualization best practices across teams.
Ensure end‐to‐end data flow,



data quality, and performance of dashboards.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on Salesforce and BI tools.
Deep expertise in Salesforce Tableau and ThoughtSpot; ability to architect data pipelines, data models, and dashboards.
Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills, with experience in data architecture.
Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher.
Experience with SQL, ETL tools, and data governance.
Location
Buenos Aires, Argentina (other Argentine locations may be considered).
