What you'll be doing
Lead safe, reliable operation of nitric acid and ammonium nitrate units, ensuring full compliance with PSM and environmental standards
Drive production performance through KPI ownership, improving efficiency, reliability, and product quality




Develop and lead shift supervisors and operators, strengthening capability, accountability, and succession planning
Own operational response to process upsets, leading troubleshooting and supporting capital and turnaround initiatives
What you'll bring
8–15 years' experience in chemical manufacturing or heavy industrial operations
Proven leadership of frontline operations teams within a process environment
Strong understanding of PSM, regulatory compliance, and process safety frameworks
Demonstrated troubleshooting capability within complex continuous process systems
