ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to build customer-facing features across Django backend services and React/TypeScript frontend applications for a marketplace platform serving renters, landlords, and multifamily operators.
You will own features end-to-end — from schema design and REST APIs to UI and production rollout — while using AI coding tools as a regular part of your daily workflow.
The role includes on-call participation and close collaboration with product, design, and data science teams in a fully remote environment.WHAT YOU WILL DO- Ship customer-facing features end-to-end, including schema work, APIs, frontend UI, tests, and rollout;- Build and maintain backend services using Python, Django, SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL, and REST/JSON APIs;- Develop frontend applications using React, Redux, TypeScript, and server-side rendering;- Partner with product managers on scoping, tradeoffs,



and technical feasibility;- Push back on requirements when needed and contribute to better product and technical decisions;- Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions;- Use AI coding tools as a regular part of the development workflow;- Contribute to internal AI agent platforms;- Support production reliability through on-call participation;- Collaborate with product, design, data science, and engineering stakeholders in a remote environment.MUST HAVES- 3+ years of professional fullstack experience shipping production code;- Strong experience with Python and Django;- Experience with ORM modeling, REST APIs design, and efficient PostgreSQL queries;- Strong experience with React and TypeScript;- Comfortable with component architecture, state management, and browser performance basics;- Fluency with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and code review workflows;- Active daily use of AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar;- Experience participating in on-call rotations for production services;- Ability to triage incidents, escalate when needed, and contribute to follow-up postmortems;- Clear written communication skills in a fully remote environment;- Upper-intermediate English level.NICE TO HAVES- Experience with marketplace, two-sided, or proptech products;- Production experience with AWS or another major cloud provider;- Experience with Node.js services;- Experience contributing to RFCs, design docs, or technical proposals;- Experience mentoring junior engineers or using code reviews as teaching moments.PERKS AND BENEFITS- Professional growth: Mentorship, TechTalks, and personalized growth roadmaps.
