RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Full ownership of ETL domains — From data analysis and transformation design to loader development and QA validation.
- AI-integrated pipeline architecture — Propose and implement smart loaders, LLM-assisted validation, and AI-augmented ETL patterns where they genuinely add value.
- Client communication — Participate in technical discussions, explain design decisions, and coordinate data requirements directly with client teams in English.




- Code generation & review — Leverage Cursor and AI-assisted development to increase throughput; be the standard-setter for the team on AI-augmented workflows.
- Problem escalation & resolution — Identify blockers, propose solutions, and resolve discrepancies without waiting to be unblocked.

Required:

- SQL (advanced)
- LLM integration
- Agentic workflows
- LLM-assisted validation

Nice to have:

- Insurance domain knowledge
- Databricks / Spark
