SummaryWe are seeking an Associate Producer to support the game leadership team on a large-scale, AAA open-world video game. This role will work closely with leaders across design, art, engineering, audio, and production to help keep the project organized, aligned, and moving forward. The Associate Producer will play a key role in supporting planning, team communication, and execution across a highly collaborative, cross-disciplinary development team.Core ResponsibilitiesSupport the game leadership team by assisting with production needs across all development disciplinesTrack tasks, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure clear visibility into project statusMaintain schedules, backlogs, and documentation using studio production toolsPrepare agendas, notes, and action items for leadership, sprint, and cross-functional meetings and playtestsHelp identify risks, blockers, and resourcing needs, escalating issues in a timely mannerCoordinate communication across departments to ensure alignment on priorities, goals, and expectationsSupport planning and review cycles, including milestone preparation and internal presentationsAssist with build tracking, submissions, and other production logisticsHelp uphold and improve production processes, documentation standards, and team workflowsProvide general production support as needed to enable leadership to focus on creative and technical executionCore Qualifications3-5 years of experience in production, project coordination, or a related role,

Presente compensation is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
