About the RoleWe are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Shipping Operations team and support IPSY's monthly subscription execution and logistics functions.In this role, you will complete analyses to plan, review, and improve our monthly subscription distribution.You will also work with internal and external partners to enhance our member's experience, help drive fulfillment strategy execution across our facilities and further develop internal review and reporting processes.This is a highly visible and collaborative role, where you'll work closely with our warehouse and distribution partners as well as internal teams, such as Product, Marketing, and Operations.This position reports to the Director of Shipping & International Operations and is a remote role based in Argentina.What You'll Be DoingBuild, maintain, and communicate detailed reporting and forecasting models to improve our monthly subscriptions distribution programsCoordinate with IPSY's warehouses and distribution partners to ensure service-level consistency across different programsDevelop and implement processes to support scalabilityIdentify operational weaknesses and drive innovationSupport ad‐hoc analyses to drive strategic decisions within OperationsCoordinate with other cross‐functional teams to drive IPSY's business agendaWhat We Are Looking ForBachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or other quantitative field1-3+ years of professional experience performing analysis (ideally at an e-commerce, subscription, retail,
