ABOUT YOU: We are seeking an Adobe Solution Architect who can partner directly with clients to uncover business and technology challenges, align them with Adobe solutions and capabilities, and guide end-to-end solution design and delivery.
This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and facilitation skills to lead cross-functional discussions, shape solution strategy, and ensure customer success.
As a Solution Architect, you will serve as the key Adobe Services leader on client engagements—translating business objectives into actionable architectures, orchestrating stakeholder alignment, and driving adoption of Adobe’s Experience Cloud and Adobe Experience Platform solutions.
What You'll Do
- Act as the lead architect on client engagements, defining solution strategy and architecture while guiding the overall implementation of Adobe Experience Cloud and Adobe Experience Platform solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions with client business and IT stakeholders to uncover challenges, define use cases, and shape measurable outcomes.
- Assess current-state architectures and marketing capabilities, then recommend future-state designs across data, content, personalization, and customer journey management.
- Align enterprise solution architectures with business goals and digital marketing strategies.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear recommendations for both executive and technical audiences.
- Serve as the bridge between client business leaders, IT stakeholders, and Adobe delivery teams to ensure alignment from strategy to execution.
- Provide thought leadership to executive sponsors, evangelizing solutions that drive value and innovation.
- Capture client insights and partner with Adobe product and engineering teams to influence product evolution.
What You Need to Succeed
- 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Consultant leading enterprise technology initiatives.
- Deep expertise in digital marketing and customer experience solutions across data, content, personalization, commerce, analytics, and engagement.
- Hands-on knowledge or certification with Adobe Experience Cloud products: Experience Platform (AEP), Experience Manager (AEM), Target, Journey Optimizer, Customer Journey Analytics, Workfront, and Adobe Cloud Services.
- Strong track record of delivering successful enterprise integrations and digital marketing transformations involving analytics, personalization, testing/optimization, and customer data activation.
- Proven ability to engage senior executives (CMO, CIO, CXO) and facilitate consensus across business and IT stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills—able to simplify complexity for non-technical stakeholders and dive deep with technical teams.
- Strong problem-solving, facilitation, and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience creating solution blueprints, capability maps, and strategic roadmaps.
- Consulting background or experience in a world-class technology services organization preferred.
- Strong leadership in fast-paced, dynamic environments; adept at managing multiple client opportunities at once.
- Willingness to travel up to 40%.
