**About the Role**:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced **Sales and Customer Service Manager** to lead our team of Sales and Customer Service Representatives in the healthcare and medical tourism industry.

- **Pipeline Management**: Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure a steady flow of leads and closed deals.
- **CRM Management**: Ensure all interactions and sales activities are recorded accurately in the CRM.

Stay up to date on healthcare and medical tourism offerings and ensure the team is well-informed.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience managing sales and customer service teams.
- **Skills**: Excellent leadership, communication, and sales skills, with CRM proficiency.
- **Customer Focus**: Strong commitment to customer service excellence.
- **Remote Management**: Comfortable managing and motivating a remote team.
