Manager Business Development - MA MIN SALES
**Site**: San Juan - Argentina
Introduction
What you’ll do
Focus long-term, cross-functional trust relationship building within customers organization to enable the implementation of the customers commercial strategy plans.
Deepen understanding of the customers business & needs to facilitate value development/creation and promotion.
Responsible for delivering high-quality solutions, meeting customers expectations, and ensuring success in generating Order Intake, Sales and Profitability for the Minerals BA.
Provide market intelligence, incl. competitor analysis & customer feedback, to enable strategic decision-making.
Acting as communication link between customers and relevant internal functions, BLs, MAs, other KAMs & stakeholders in Metso.
Integrate of a multi-functional and multinational team as part of the general sales team of the SAM MA and Minerals BA
Authority to address & drive mitigation actions regarding customer concerns / issues throughout the Metso organization.
Committed to continuous improvement through customers feedback and internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in processes, products, projects and customer satisfaction overall
Coordinate across BAs, BLs, MAs, Peers, end-customer KAMs and other stakeholders to ensure proper communication and transparency




Strengthen collaboration across Minerals Segment activities towards the geographical end-customers to expand business potential.
Ensure Account data is up-to-date in CRM systems
Who you are
Minimum 10 years of experience in Mining, Oil and Gas, or Lithium
**Residence**: San Juan or Mendoza
**Nationality**: Argentina preferred
Relationship builder
Strong mining business acumen and customer service mindset
Attend product launches arranged by Minerals segment.

Ability to discuss new products & solutions with customers.
Experience in Account and Customer Relationship Management
Proven experience in working in or closely with sales, product management and services
Ability to be both strategic and tactical.

Able to see the big picture, plan and organize effectively.
Open and honest with a collaborative attitude
Capable to present complex ideas concisely and accurately, be willing to actively engage in problem solving opportunities and strong drive to meet goals and targets
Good common knowledge of Metso’s portfolio
Experience to work in large matrix organization
Strong networking skills, team player
Experience in managing cross organizational teams
