- Work side by side with the founders to drive the next phase of business growth
- Wear every hat an early-stage operation requires: operations, growth, hiring, problem-solving
- Run experiments fast and double down on what works
- Help shape and grow the team around you as the operation scales

- Full proficiency in Spanish + strong English to work day-to-day with the founders and the international team, this is non-negotiable
- Early in your career, already restless, you want to build and not climb
- Demonstrated leadership in something real, a project, a side business, a team you actually ran
