Assist and actively participate in Export operations; treat the requirements of the different assigned sectors, to manage purchase orders from foreign suppliers acting with efficiency, quality, and productivity, ensuring and guaranteeing that needs are met indicated.

Work with the local team to effectively monitor the management of supply to the different assigned sectors.

**This position reports to**:
Planning & Fulfillment Manager

**Your responsibilities**:





- In compliance with the Purchasing procedure, the requirements of the assigned sectors must be managed by requesting budgets and analyzing them for their correct award.
- Provide management support in accordance with the Sector Procedures, analyzing and monitoring them.
- Participation in updating the indicators of the Sector, analysis, and monitoring of these.
- Give support and provide information to the requesting sectors (internal and external clients).
- Collaborate and work as a team with the Planning Area to meet the required delivery dates.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor of Foreign Trade student.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Capacity for self-management, planning and organization.
- Communication and presentation skills.
- Predisposition for teamwork.
- Analytical ability
- Advanced level of English.
