Role Overview
We are hiring a full‑time Account Executive to manage and grow accounts across more than 30 countries.
The role is 100% remote and focuses on full‑cycle B2B sales: prospecting, business development, quoting, negotiating, and closing new client engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a sales pipeline of aircraft maintenance material opportunities.
- Proactively engage markets to generate new business and identify future opportunities.
- Guide customers through value‑based discussions, showcasing insights and ideas that improve operational performance.
- Establish and nurture trusted relationships with key contacts within client organizations.
- Maintain awareness of industry activity, customer changes and emerging opportunities to sustain market presence.
- Own the opportunity lifecycle from initial engagement to commercial success, including price negotiation and agreement.
- Close deals by strategically timing asks, articulating clear benefits, and securing client commitments.
- Manage key accounts after acquisition—process RFQs, sales orders, and on‑time shipping while serving as a trusted advisor.
- Identify and pursue account expansion opportunities through additional services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of full‑cycle B2B sales experience.
- Proven ability to prospect, negotiate, and close high‑value deals.
- Strong consultative selling skills and comfort navigating long sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and objection‑handling abilities.
- Ability to read people, act with initiative, and demonstrate persistence and passion.
