Performance Media Buyer (Remote - Argentina (GMT-3))

We're a US-based performance affiliate marketing company.

We're looking for a sharp media buyer based in Argentina to run paid campaigns at scale.

What you'll do:
- Run and optimize paid campaigns on Meta and Tik

Tok Ads
- Manage five-figure monthly ad budgets across finance lead gen campaigns
- Optimize for downstream conversions (CPL, CPA, funded loans), not just clicks
- A/B test creatives, landing pages, and audience segments daily
- Build and scale new traffic sources
- Report on performance weekly with clear insights on what's working and why

Requirements (non-negotiable):
- 2+ years of hands‑on experience in performance affiliate marketing specifically.

Not brand marketing.

Not social media management.

Affiliate/lead gen.
- Proven track record running Meta Ads and Tik

Tok Ads at scale
- Must be able to provide screenshots or screen shares of ad accounts you've managed (spend levels, ROAS, CPL results).

No exceptions.
- Strong conversational English.





You'll be on calls with the US team regularly.

We need fluent speaking, not just reading.
- Strong written English for Slack, reports, and campaign docs
- Experience optimizing full funnels from click to conversion
- Comfortable managing budgets of $50K+/mo
- Self‑starter.

We don't micromanage.

You own your campaigns.
- Be physically located in Argentina (GMT-3)

Nice to have:
- Familiarity with tracking platforms (Voluum, Click

Flare, etc.)
- Experience working with US‑based clients
