Project Overview

You will join a cutting-edge operational innovation squad tasked with revolutionizing enterprise workflows through advanced automation. In this role, you will lead the architectural design and implementation of next-generation integration solutions, bridging internal proprietary AI "co-workers" and data platform services directly with the Salesforce Agentforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect Integration Blueprints: Design and architect end-to-end integration blueprints connecting internal proprietary AI co-workers and data platform services directly into Salesforce Agentforce environments.
- Optimize AI Frameworks: Apply advanced engineering frameworks to select the most optimal integration pattern, balancing transaction throughput, reasoning latency, and operational costs.
- Enforce Decentralized Structures: Design decentralized micro-agent structures to prevent monolithic reasoning engines and enforce strict governance guardrails.
- Package Semantic Tools: Package complex backend processes into semantic tools for AI agents using Invocable Apex methods and Salesforce Flows.
- Data Orchestration: Coordinate high-scale, real-time data synchronization across distributed cloud systems.
- Technical Documentation: Author comprehensive Architectural Decision Records (ADRs) that seamlessly map High-Level Requirements against technical realities.
