We’re seeking a **Scrum Master** to guide our teams in following Agile methodologies and ensure that our development processes run smoothly.
If you have a strong understanding of Scrum, love fostering collaboration, and can remove blockers for your team, we want to hear from you!
**What You’ll Do**:
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Ensure that the team follows Agile practices and Scrum framework principles.
- Identify and remove impediments to the team’s progress.
- Work closely with product owners and development teams to ensure alignment.
- Promote continuous improvement and team collaboration.
**What You’ll Need**:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban,
and other Agile frameworks.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative working environment.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is a plus.
