Program participants will join the J.P. Morgan team in Argentina and will receive multiple trainings to develop professional skills in areas such as communication, time management, and tech tools, among others.
In turn, they will also be taught the culture and structure of the company and join different teams such as Operations, Finance, Tech, and Legal.
Responsibilities
Participants will support various teams within the organization and gain exposure to real business challenges through guided projects and mentorship.
Qualifications
Advanced university students (1–1.5 years remaining to complete the degree) from Business Administration, Actuarial Science, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
Intermediate or advanced level of English.
No previous work experience required.
Eager to learn, proactive, creative, curious, and self‐initiated.
Program Details
Program length: 18 months maximum.
Workload: 19 hours per week.
