They are dedicated to high-quality craftsmanship, exceptional customer service, and innovative design.Position Overview:The Senior Accountant will oversee the companys financial operations, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, payroll, and compliance.
This role requires strong accounting expertise, attention to detail, and collaboration with leadership to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.Key Responsibilities: Manage accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations,



and payroll.Prepare monthly financial reports, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports.Ensure GAAP compliance and assist with tax filings and audits.Track cash flow, budgets, and expense forecasting.Implement financial controls and process improvements.Collaborate with operations and project teams on financial matters.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred.5+ years of accounting/finance experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.Construction or contracting industry experience is strongly preferred.Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, FP&A;, budgeting, and financial modeling.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online) and financial tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with internal teams.
Nice-to-Haves: Prior experience working remotely with US-based clients.Availability to work in PST hours.
