We are seeking a hands-on engineering leader to manage and grow a high-performing team within our Cyberbank Core group, a next-generation lean banking core that powers Galileo's banking APIs and supports SoFi Bank.
What you'll do
Build and manage a high-performing software engineering team
Lead the development and delivery of software products, building quality in
Partner with Product Manager on long-term vision and short-term roadmaps
Dive deep on system design and overall architecture
Encourage processes that optimize product flow
Grow your people and help them reach their potential
What you'll need
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
7+ years programming experience, ideally on a modern stack
5+ years of software engineering management experience
Hands-on experience with Continuous Delivery principles and techniques (unit testing, build & deploy pipelines, testing in production)
Ability to coordinate and deliver work with dependencies across multiple teams
Demonstrated expertise in building and operating resilient components within large-scale distributed systems
Experience building/operating services on AWS/cloud environments
Experience with bank core or ledger technology is a plus, but not required
