UPM Raflatac is looking for a Senior Sales Manager, South America who will be responsible for securing, following up, managing sales targets, developing new markets - products, coaching, supporting the sales team, strengthening commercial relationships, increasing AV, understanding the market and its different dynamics depending on the country, laws and ways of doing business.Greetings from your future managerBrinder Gill, Senior Vice President, AmericasWhat you will doManage large sales budget and sales team(s) to achieve designated sales objectives.
Develop and implement sales plans, activities, and campaigns and lead the operational activities for an assigned geography, market segment, or particular customersPrepare sales forecasts, budgets and targets.
Monitor sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts to identify problem areas and adapt procedures or re-allocate resourcesNegotiate sales with existing and potential customers and actively liaise with customers.
Manage and develop relationships with agencies to ensure achievement of agreed standards of serviceContribute to the development of sales, customer retention, pricing,
