**Job Details**#LI-YG1Account Executive Junior - Medios, Publicidad & TV (Audiencias, Data & Digital) **Objetivo del rol**Sera responsable de gestionar la satisfacción de su cartera de clientes y de hacer crecer los ingresos provenientes de dichos clientes.
**Funciones clave*** Liderar proactivamente relaciones profesionales con los clientes basándose sobre una buena comunicación y con trato profesional y empático.
* Tener iniciativa y actitud proactiva, con disposición a anticiparse a las necesidades, aportar soluciones y atenderlos de manera integral: brindando capacitaciones, informes y manteniendo reuniones.




* Tener digital mindset e interés por aprender tendencias digitales y desarrollarse en nuevas herramientas,* Contribuir activamente al cumplimiento de las metas de presupuesto y ventas ya que es responsable no solamente por mantener los ingresos provenientes de su cartera de clientes sino también por incrementarlos con especial foco sobre los nuevos servicios cross-media y todo lo relacionado con digital players* Contribuir con el posicionamiento estratégico y con los logros locales de la compañía **Buscamos perfiles que:** Titulo mínimo requerido: Estudiante Universitario de carreras como Ciencias Económicas, Publicidad, Negocios.
NO aplican carreras sociales.Experiencia con background digital, siendo una posición para quienes ya cuentan con al menos 2 años de experiencia en agencias de medios.Capacidad de co-crear y descubrir soluciones junto con el clientFluidez para expresarse correctamente de manera oral y escritaSer Extrovertido/a y proactivo/aTener digital mindsetCapacidad para hacer análisis con información de diversas fuentes de nuestra empresa (audiencia, monitoreo, TGI, etc)**Experiencia en el manejo de softwares de nuestra compañía como: Instar, Ad Media/Ad Insights, TGI Choices.
