This position is based on a cruise ship.
Education and Experience Requirements
Fluency in English.
National certification in exercise music (preferred), along with diplomas in yoga, Pilates, and personal training.
Exercise to music qualification is preferred but not essential.
Industry experience with personal training clients (paid or unpaid).
Position Requirements
Strong interpersonal skills.
Comfortable giving presentations or speaking in front of large groups.
Enthusiasm and excellent customer service skills.
Friendly and outgoing personality.
Excellent communication, listening, and basic computer skills.
Ability to present information before a large audience.
Team player.
Strong commercial/business awareness.
Perform administrative duties in a complete, organized,
and accurate manner.
Responsibilities
Offer assistance to all guests.
Maintain a clean and well‐stocked group exercise and workout area.
Provide a fun, informative, and safe workout that exceeds cruise guest expectations.
Interact with guests to determine satisfaction and encourage repeat visits or recommendations.
Convey professionalism and efficiency while giving a personal touch, in line with London Wellness Academy Spa standards.
Exceptional communication; detoxification knowledge is a benefit.
Good listener, open to learning new skills.
