Our Talent Acquisition team is responsible for finding these people. That means using both traditional and non-traditional methods to find and engage candidates who are the best at what they do. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support the sourcing, recruitment, and interview process for Argentina. You'll work closely with Talent Acquisition leads and key stakeholders across the business to help deliver a positive and efficient candidate experience.In this role, your primary focus will be building and maintaining a freelance talent pipeline to support fast-turn hiring needs. You will assist with freelance hiring across multiple disciplines, including visual design, experience design, copywriting, art direction, brand design, strategy, content production, studio artists, and client engagement.You will partner with hiring teams to understand role needs, support the full recruiting lifecycle, and build relationships within Argentina's freelance talent market.
