The Sales Operations Manager is the operational backbone of our client relationships.
You'll serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, overseeing revenue tracking, payment reconciliation, and day-to-day project execution.
Your job is to keep projects on track, surface risks early, and ensure clients feel confident in our delivery.This isn't a purely technical role—you won't be building complex automations from scratch—but you will maintain a working knowledge of our workflows and tools, partnering closely with our Solutions Engineers to implement technical changes.
You'll blend proactive client advisory with structured project management, acting as both a trusted advisor and an execution driver.What You'll Do DailyMonitor client communications hourly to catch requests, blockers, and escalation needsReconcile revenue dashboards daily to ensure payments and commissions are accurateReview project boards to track deadlines, elevate risks, and keep work movingTroubleshoot workflow issues and collaborate with technical teams on fixesProvide proactive client updates and maintain strong relationshipsKey ResponsibilitiesClient Leadership: Be the go-to operational contact, convert meetings into action items, and advise on process improvementsFinancial Oversight: Monitor payments, validate subscriptions, and ensure revenue data is accurate across dashboardsProject Execution: Manage ClickUp workflows, coordinate with team members, and run onboarding checklists with precisionTechnical Collaboration: Stay current on pipelines and automations,



perform light troubleshooting, and partner with technical teams for system enhancementsDocumentation: Keep dashboards synced, manage client knowledge bases, and deliver clear performance reportsWho You AreCRM Expert: You bring 3-5 years of hands‐on experience with CRM systems (Go High Level experience is a huge plus) and know how to design and implement automations that streamline sales and operational processes.Project Driver: You have a proven track record of managing projects end-to-end—from initiation through delivery and optimization—and you push projects through to completion with grit and determination.Owner & Problem‐Solver: You take full ownership of your work, unblock yourself when challenges arise, and thrive in ambiguous environments where you need to figure things out as you go.Resilient & Tenacious: You have the grit to tackle tough problems, persist through obstacles, and maintain high standards even when the path forward isn't clear.Tech‐Savvy: You love technology, are comfortable learning new tools quickly, and actively use tech to optimize your workflows and make your job more efficient.Preferred ExperienceExperience working in a client-facing environment, managing relationships and delivering exceptional serviceExperience with sales pipeline design and sales process designFamiliarity with API-based integrations.Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel, or other data tools.Experience designing, building, and maintaining automations is a huge plus
