As a Trade Lifecycle Analyst, you will be part of the Money Markets Operations department, responsible for monitoring and resolving pre & post trade issues, addressing inquiries from the lines of businesses, and assisting with the trade reconciliation process.
The Money Market Operations team will work in tandem with technology and Product teams to ensure end to end processing of Money Market and Bank Deposit Trade Settlements.
In addition you will assist in mitigating any subsequent issues such as reconciliation breaks, dividend impacts and miscellaneous inquiries on a timely manner.
Job Responsibilities:Operational process and control of the daily workflow within the Money Market Operations departmentSupport Pre & Post Trade issuesSupport the processing of Dividend payments, Corporate Actions, and client account inquiriesSupport the Cash and Liquidity Markets Business,
JPMA Advisors and Product teamsMaximize team capacity through effective resource planning and ensure team structure is robust through effective training and succession planningEnsure all daily controls and processing are completed including cash and stock break review, daily settlement, as well as all key metrics are produced as requiredEffective communication with the full groupContinued review of content and presentation of Standard Operating Procedures, in line with new policies and ongoing risk management activitiesRequired Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:English Proficiency - both written and oralStrong problem solving, decision making, and analytical skillsAbility to work effectively as a member of a teamStrong communication skills - both written and oralAbility to multi-task in a fast paced environment and handle multiple issues or projects at once as well as ability to set priorities among competing demandsStrong client focus mindsetUnderstanding of technology and process flowsStrong process control mindsetKnowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required
