This role sits at the intersection of recruitment, analytics, and operations—ensuring that recruitment teams operate with clean data, reliable infrastructure, and repeatable workflows.You will own recruitment operations infrastructure, including ATS administration, reporting and dashboards, process optimization, and automation. This role is ideal for operationally minded recruitment professionals who enjoy improving systems, enabling recruiters to perform at a high level, and using data to drive better hiring outcomes.Your ImpactYour work directly improves recruiter efficiency, pipeline visibility, and hiring performance.
