We are searching for an experienced and driven Chief Automation Specialist to join our project as a Low-Code/No-Code Automation expert. In this role, you will design, implement, and support automation solutions using UIPath, collaborating with non-technical Product Owners to translate their requirements into impactful technology deliverables. This position provides an opportunity to lead innovation and enhance productivity within a supportive and forward-thinking team. Responsibilities Develop automation processes with UIPath, making use of pre-built templates and following a structured software development lifecycle for script creation Work alongside Product Owners to gather, interpret, and transform business needs into effective automation solutions Manage all phases of the automation process, from initial design through development, testing, and deployment, to ensure project success Contribute to the Automation & Productivity squad by sharing expertise, mentoring team members, and helping to define automation standards and best practices Stay informed about the latest advancements, tools, and trends in Low-Code/No-Code and automation to continuously refine automation approaches Requirements At least 7 years of hands-on experience with UIPath, demonstrating advanced proficiency in developing and deploying automation solutions Minimum of 2 years in a leadership or team management role, with the ability to guide teams technically, shape project direction, promote best practices,
