Two Connect, a long-standing U.S.-based Microsoft Partner, is seeking an experienced Microsoft Biz Talk Server Developer/Architect to join our fully remote global team. We are especially interested in candidates located in Argentina or across Latin America for time-zone alignment, but we welcome qualified applicants from any region with strong Biz Talk and Azure integration experience.

Role Responsibilities
Design, develop, and support Biz Talk Server solutions, including orchestrations, pipelines, maps, schemas, and adapters.
Lead or assist with Biz Talk-to-Azure migration projects using Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, and Functions.
Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize performance for enterprise clients.
Participate in Dev Ops processes, including CI/CD automation and deployment workflows.
Consult directly with clients to understand business needs and deliver practical, effective integration solutions.
Document solution designs, integration flows, and technical processes.
Required Qualifications
Strong software development background (C#, .NET, integration patterns).
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Biz Talk Server (orchestrations, pipelines, maps, schemas).




Experience with Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, APIM, Service Bus).
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Effective English communication (written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading Biz Talk modernization or migration projects.
Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops or similar CI/CD tools.
Integration experience with ERP/CRM systems, APIs, EDI, or other enterprise systems.
Previous consulting experience or client-facing technical roles.
Experience with other ESB or integration tools (Mule Soft, Boomi, etc.) is a plus.
Work Structure
Remote, long-term project-based or full-time availability.
Versátil schedule with at least 2–4 hours of overlap with U.S. Eastern Time.
Compensation paid in USD based on experience and project scope.
