What we're looking for
A US-based digital marketing agency uses data-driven insights and innovative strategies to help small businesses grow through better-performing marketing channels.

They work with different clients across lead generation and e-commerce, and they are looking for a Media Buyer to join their paid media team.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and launch paid media campaigns from scratch across Meta and Google Ads for a diverse client portfolio.
- Optimize and refresh live campaigns to continuously improve lead generation performance.
- Manage day-to-day campaign tasks autonomously, with senior oversight available when needed.
- Support paid social strategy across multiple accounts, with a strong focus on Meta.
- Collaborate closely with senior team members to align on goals, performance, and account priorities.





Requirements
- Solid hands‑on experience building and launching campaigns in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Proven lead generation campaign experience across multiple client accounts.
- Ability to optimize live campaigns independently without heavy hand‑holding.
- Mid‑level seniority with the ability to execute efficiently and take ownership of tasks.

Nice to Have
- Experience with Tik

Tok, Reddit, Pinterest, or Linked

In Ads.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or conversion event setup.
- Paid Time Off.
- Gain exposure to both lead generation and e-commerce brands.
