Job Summary
We’re looking for a commercially driven Senior Business Development Associate to join one of our international client teams. This is a high-impact remote sales role for someone who thrives in outbound prospecting, consultative selling, and revenue generation.
Unlike traditional SDR roles focused only on appointment setting, this position requires someone who can confidently manage early-stage sales conversations, understand customer pain points, build trust quickly, and drive qualified opportunities through the sales funnel.
You’ll play a critical role in generating pipeline, leading discovery conversations, and contributing directly to revenue growth in a fast-paced B2B sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns through cold calls, emails, Linked In, and strategic outreach
- Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand client goals, challenges,
and business needs
- Qualify opportunities based on fit, urgency, budget, and buying intent
- Book and support high-quality sales meetings and demos
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline visibility
- Manage follow-ups with urgency and consistency across all active opportunities
- Clearly communicate value propositions tailored to each prospect
- Collaborate closely with sales and leadership teams to improve outreach strategy and conversion performance
- Contribute directly to pipeline generation and revenue targets.
Requirements
- 4-7+ years of experience in B2B sales, outbound prospecting, account executive, or business development roles
- Proven track record in lead generation, discovery calls, and pipeline conversion
- Strong cold-calling confidence and ability to build rapport quickly
- Excellent objection-handling and consultative selling skills
- Experience managing prospects beyond simple appointment setting
- Strong written communication and outbound email quality
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Hub Spot or Salesforce
- Self-starter with strong discipline, urgency, and time management
- Experience in SaaS, digital marketing, automotive, agency, or B2B service sales is highly preferred
- Native-level or highly fluent English communication skills required
